Since 2018, Hilinski’s Hope Foundation (H3H) has been a powerful voice in collegiate athletics and beyond—shining a light on the importance of mental health and working to end the stigma surrounding mental illness.

H3H was founded in honor of Tyler Hilinski, a Washington State University quarterback who tragically died by suicide in January 2018. In the wake of this unimaginable loss, the Hilinski family turned their grief into purpose. Hilinski’s Hope was created to raise awareness, eliminate stigma, and fund programs that support student-athletes' mental wellness across the country.
